These terms cover use of the website and submission of inquiries. They are not a manufacturing, supply, or sales contract. Product specifications, pricing, payment, sampling, production, packing, delivery, inspection, and warranty terms are agreed separately if we accept an order.

We are an OEM / private-label manufacturer of custom counter mats and related branded products for business customers. The website is directed at companies, distributors, retailers, and other commercial buyers, not at consumer retail checkout.
3. The website
The website provides information about our products, capabilities, and company, and offers Request a Quote and Contact forms. Content is provided for general business information and is subject to change.
Product images, descriptions, sizes, materials, and examples are illustrative unless we confirm them in writing for a specific project. Catalogue information may change. You are responsible for checking that any product or service discussed later in a quotation meets your requirements.
Some pages are generated from content managed in Craft CMS at build time. The published website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.
4. Inquiries, quotes, and contact forms
The Request a Quote and Contact forms are inquiry forms. Submitting a form:
- is a request for information or a quotation, not an order;
- does not create a contract for manufacture or supply;
- does not reserve production capacity; and
- does not require us to accept any project.
We may use the information you submit to understand the inquiry and reply. A quotation, if we issue one, is an invitation to negotiate unless the quotation itself states otherwise in writing.
The Request a Quote page currently states that the OEM team will reply within 24 hours. That is a service aim on the website. It is not a contractual response-time obligation under these terms.
Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. We may reject submissions that fail security checks, appear automated, or are incomplete.
Required and optional fields are shown on each form. The published forms do not accept file uploads. If you later send artwork or specifications by email or another channel, that material is handled as part of a business inquiry, not as an upload through a website checkout (the site has no checkout).
5. No online purchasing or payment
customcountermat.com does not provide:
- customer accounts;
- a shopping cart or online checkout; or
- online payment processing.
Do not submit payment-card or online-banking credentials through the website forms. Payment terms for a later commercial order, if any, are agreed in the order documents and are not established by using this website.
6. Commercial orders
If we proceed with a project, the parties will agree the commercial terms separately. Those terms typically cover matters such as specifications, artwork approval, sampling, quantity, price, payment, Incoterms or delivery method, lead time, inspection, packing, and any warranty. None of those items is established by these website terms.
Until those terms are agreed in writing, we have no obligation to manufacture, reserve materials, or ship goods. These website terms do not set standard warranty, returns, cancellation, tooling, mould, or sample-fee policies. If those policies apply, they will be set out in the written commercial terms for the relevant project.
7. Artwork and customer materials
If you send artwork, logos, brand names, copy, or product specifications, you represent that you have the right to use them and to authorize us to use them for quotation, sampling, and (if later agreed) production.
You are responsible for the accuracy of dimensions, colors, spelling, and other details you supply. We may review files for manufacturability, but a website inquiry does not include a completed artwork-approval process.
You should not send information that you are not authorized to share. Confidentiality obligations, if any, should be agreed in writing. These website terms do not by themselves create a non-disclosure agreement.
8. Website intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s text, layout, graphics, photographs, logos, and other content are owned by Gift Idea Limited or used with permission. You may view and print pages for internal business evaluation of our products. You may not copy the website for commercial reuse, scrape it unreasonably, or present our content as your own without our prior written consent.
Product names, customer brands, or images shown as examples may belong to their respective owners and are used for illustration of OEM / private-label work. Their appearance does not mean those owners endorse Gift Idea Limited, or that those brands are for sale through the website.
“Custom Counter Mat”, “Custom Counter Mats”, and related brand presentation are used by Gift Idea Limited on this website.
9. Third-party services and links
The website uses third-party services to operate, including Cloudflare (hosting, CDN/proxy, Turnstile, Web Analytics, and email obfuscation) and Resend (internal notification email for form submissions). Their services are provided under their own terms.
The website also links to WhatsApp and to social-media profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X. If you follow those links or contact us there, you are using those platforms under their terms and privacy policies.
