What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design, depending on material and size. Lower quantities may be available for sample runs or trade show orders — contact us with your specs and we'll confirm.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We recommend ordering a sample so you can check material feel, print quality, and color accuracy before committing to a production run. Sample costs and lead times are confirmed once we know your material and size.
How do I request a quotation?
Submit your specs — material, size, quantity, and artwork if ready — through our Request a Quote (RFQ) form, or email us directly at countermat25@gmail.com. We typically respond within 24 hours.
What information do I need to provide for an accurate quote?
Material type, mat size/thickness, quantity, number of print colors, and your target ship-to country. The more detail you provide upfront, the faster we can return a firm price.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 10–25 working days after art approval and deposit, depending on material and order volume. Larger or multi-SKU orders may need additional time — this is confirmed on your quote.
Can I reorder later using the same design?
Yes — we keep your artwork and production specs on file, so reorders don't require you to resubmit design files. Just reference your previous order number or reach out via email/WhatsApp/XChat.
Can I combine multiple designs or sizes in one order?
Yes, mixed orders (multiple designs, sizes, or product lines in a single shipment) are common for distributors and multi-location brands. Let us know your full breakdown when requesting a quote so we can consolidate pricing and shipping.
Is there a rush/expedited production option?
In some cases, yes, depending on current production load and material availability. Mention your deadline when requesting a quote and we'll confirm whether expedited production is possible.
