Which countries do you ship to?
We regularly export to buyers across North America, South America, Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. If your country isn't listed, ask — most destinations are workable.
Which courier or freight method do you use?
Small orders ship via DHL/FedEx/UPS; larger volume orders typically ship by sea freight (FOB/CIF terms available). We'll recommend the most cost-effective method based on your order size and destination.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on shipping method and destination: express air couriers typically take 5–10 business days, while sea freight orders take 25–45 days including transit. Your quote will include an estimated delivery window.
Do you handle customs clearance and duties?
Shipped EXW/FOB by default; buyer handles import duties unless DDP terms are arranged.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes — once your order ships, we provide tracking details for your courier or freight forwarder.
Do you offer drop-shipping to multiple locations (for distributors/chains)?
Yes, we can split and ship a single order to multiple addresses — common for distributors and multi-location brands. Provide your full address list when placing the order.
